This group training is designed for children, teenagers, and adults who want to improve their running technique, speed, and athletic foundations. The focus is on proper running technique, sprint and acceleration training, coordination, rhythm, and body control, as well as athletic foundations like strength, stability, and mobility. The training is structured, progressive, and age-appropriate. This program is offered in collaboration with the PAU athletics club — Panther Active Universe.
