Our Kids Training program is designed specifically for young athletes who want to build strength, coordination, and athletic foundations in a fun, safe environment. Led by Coach Luisa — a BJJ blue belt, calisthenics athlete, and experienced children's trainer — each session combines age-appropriate strength and movement training with games and challenges that keep kids engaged and motivated. The program includes two core offerings: Kids S&C Competition Class, focusing on strength building, coordination, and movement safety, and Kids Running School, developing running technique, speed, and athletic fundamentals in collaboration with the PAU athletics club (Panther Active Universe). Whether your child is just starting their athletic journey or preparing for competition, our structured, progressive training develops confidence, discipline, and a love for movement.
