Our group training offers structured programs: Adults S&C (8 session credits/month) focuses on strength building and athletic development in fixed group settings. The Athlete Program (12 session credits/month) is performance-oriented with emphasis on maximal strength, explosivity, and injury prevention following periodized programming. Plus Kids S&C Competition Class with age-appropriate strength and movement training focusing on coordination and movement safety.
